Leadership

training for business and professional women preparing them for leadership positions in their careers.

Entrepreneurship

entrepreneurial training for women interested in starting a business, improving business skills and/or expanding an existing business by increasing their business expertise.

Technology

training for women interested in obtaining or improving technology skills or seeking certification for a technology related business. In addition, our service programs benefit our communities.

providing information through programs and initiatives in health, education, employment and economic development that inform, enlighten and strengthen our communities.

Increase social responsibility by providing a family in need with emotional and financial support at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Adopt A Nursing Home

Impact the quality of life for nursing home residents by providing fellowship, support, and gifts at Christmas and Easter.

Build a strong, sustaining partnership with a local school by providing financial resources and educational expertise offered by our Club during the

Teach, honor, and celebrate the achievements of Black men and women throughout history by promoting cultural awareness, providing direction for our young, and emphasizing pride in our collective historical accomplishments.

Businesswomen Forum

Influence positive change by connecting one-on-one with participants, sharing insights, information, and offering inspiration.

Domestic Violence

Create change that prevents and ends domestic violence by talking openly and acknowledging how domestic violence affects our communities, our families, and our lives.

Employment

Provide information on employment and job preparedness skill building.

Economic Development

Create or support initiatives that involve creating and/or retaining jobs and supporting or growing incomes and the tax base. Improve material living standards by providing information regarding job opportunities.

Commemorate our Annual Founders’ Day and the founding of the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc.

Get Ready Stay Ready

Teach proper preparation and response to potential emergencies, including natural disasters and terrorist attacks tools by providing emergency and survival training.

Health

Positively influence the health, well-being, and quality of life by providing information and resources needed for a healthier lifestyle.

Human Trafficking

Bring attention and opposition to human trafficking and modern-day slavery (neo-slavery) by providing in -depth information of current indicators and effective measures for stopping and reducing risk.

International Affairs

Respond to crisis, support human rights, and educate about the perils and conditions people face in foreign countries by providing economic, social, cultural, civil, and political rights support in Africa, Brazil, India, and more.

Leadership

Promote activities (training, mentoring, and coaching) that assists in the preparation of businesswomen, professional women, and youth for leadership positions.

Legislative

Provide comprehensive information and assistance at all stages of voting from registration to absentee and early voting, to casting a vote at the polls, to overcoming obstacles to their participation.

S.A.F.E. Encounters

Collaborate with a local school to teach young minorities how to respond when interacting with law enforcement officials by building or re-establishing good relationships both groups.

Technology

Exchange information to ease discomfort by bringing together tools that makes tasks easier to execute as well as solve many problems due to user fear.

Think Heart Think Health

Create opportunities for people to make healthier choices by providing them with strategies for preventing heart disease and encouraging them to live heart healthy lives.

Triple the Pink

Partner with other agencies to educate minority communities about breast cancer by minimizing its negative impact.

Vocal Arts

Encourage and support exceptionally gifted vocal art students by displaying their talents in a classical performance.
